Bamboo ropes are unique.They are luxuriously soft and supple,the perfect shibari ropes for intimate(bamboo is naturally anti-bacterial),and are very popular for those who love to self-tie.
Bamboo is the softest of the ropes that I make.It is sometimes described as bamboo silk because of its soft and silky feel.It is not as strong as hemp or jute and is not suitable for suspension.They are also used for floor work and gentle shibari.Please note:because bamboo rope has some stretch,knots should not be too tightly compacted as it will make them very difficult to untie.Bamboo is less likely to leave rope marks on the skin than hemp and jute.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS：
Because these ropes are hand-dyed,there is a risk of the colour running if washed.If you would like rope where the colour is less likely to run, please buy a solid colour rope.
30-degree hand wash,and air dry - do not tumble dry.
Please note that frequent washing will decrease its lifespan.

Total Shipping Time

Our products (except custom orders) are ready to ship within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the order. We use the USPS to ship our products to our customers, so standard shipping (from us to you) is 6-12 business days. Canada shipping will take about 7-11 business days.

 

Returns and Exchanges

You may request an eligible change-of-mind return or exchange within 14 days after delivery. You do not need to provide a reason. Contact us at ropemastercompany@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. Please wait for our instructions before sending an item back.

To be eligible, an item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Once your request is accepted, we’ll send the return label and instructions for where and how to send the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

 

Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the next steps.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, return, or refund rights that apply to your order under local law. Where applicable law provides more protective rights or timelines, those rights take precedence.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item, or sooner where applicable law requires. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
