Q:Can I customize my ropes?

Q:Are your ropes suitable for beginners?
A:If you are a beginner and do not require suspension, I suggest you can use bamboo. If you need suspension, you can use jute rope.
Q:How should I clean and maintain your ropes?
A:I actually don't recommend washing the ropes frequently because it can affect the strength of the natural fibers. However, if the rope is very dirty or has a strong odor, you can quickly wash it with water and soap, but remember not to soak it for too long, and immediately hang it to dry.
Q:How frequently should I recondition my rope?
A:The frequency of reconditioning your rope depends on how much you use it. The more you use it, the faster you will need to recondition it. As there is no set time, our rule of thumb is that inspect your rope regularly (we inspect ours before each use) and if it shows signs of being dry, it should be reconditioned. Drier rope tends to break faster, so use within your own risk profile.
Q:How do you treat your processed rope?
We start the process for both treatments the same. "Sorted, scotched, dusted, oiled, waxed, incensed, knotted, and packaged, crafted through eight steps."

About shipping

Q:How long will it take to receive my ropes?
A:Our products (except custom orders) are ready to ship within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the order. We use the USPS to ship our products to our customers, so standard shipping (from us to you) is 4-8 business days.

About the return policy

Q: Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
A: We may be the only seller of custom ropes offering a no-questions-asked return policy because we have enough confidence in our products. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact us by email for a refund. However, please note that you are still responsible for the shipping costs. Additionally, if you repeatedly return items without valid reasons, you will be blacklisted and unable to continue enjoying this service.
Q: What if my product is damaged?
A: Yes, we have a limited 3 month warranty on our rope for any structural damage that isn’t caused by the user, such as cutting it. We ask that the customer contacts us with a picture (so we can see what happened and work to improve our product) and we will give them a one time replacement at no cost. This warranty is voided if the customer reprocesses the rope during the first 3 months. (reconditioning it for safety does not count) If a customer has special requests for processing, we ask that you reach out to us, prior to purchasing, so we can do our best to accommodate you. All other products have a limited 30 day warranty, this includes items purchased online, in person or by special order.
