Founded by the visionary Mr. Kobayashi, a disciple of the renowned Japanese bondage master Haruki Yukimura, this establishment quickly grew to encompass 11 enchanting branches across Japan.

The year 2001 marked a pivotal moment as Shoshinsha unveiled its distinctive brand to the world. More than just a purveyor of fine hemp ropes, Shoshinsha emerged as a beacon of rope culture—a symbol of unwavering dedication to the craft.
